At MonkFit, every new client begins with a comprehensive assessment to create a personalized plan that fits their goals and lifestyle. Firstly, we discuss what they want to achieve- losing weight, building strength, or recovering after an injury.
We also closely examine their unique situation, including any injuries, medical conditions, or schedule challenges that might affect their progress.
We assess nutrition habits, discussing what they typically eat, how often they eat out, and any emotional or environmental factors that impact their food choices.
Finally, we assess their sleep and recovery, focusing on how many hours they sleep, the quality of their rest, and any routines that might help or hurt their recovery. This process helps us build a plan that’s realistic, sustainable, and tailored to their needs.
