Refund policy

MonkFit LLC can facilitate refunds and returns within 14 days of purchase. Customers must contact the store owner at monkfitservice@gmail.com and allow up to 24 hours for a response. This is not a guarantee for a refund or return. 

Products/services may be exchanged at the discretion of MonkFit LLC if the circumstances allow. This is not a guarantee for an exchange.
